And despite just announcing her second pregnancy, there’s clearly no stopping the reality star and her irreverent ensembles.
The 34-year-old turned heads when she attended a promotional event for the launch of Hype Energy Drinks in Nashville, Tennessee on Tuesday rocking a plunging beige latex dress.
The figure hugging frock, which was a similar style to one she wore in February, highlighted the brunette beauty’s amazing silhouette and featured a deep V neckline which showed off the mother-of-one’s ample décolletage.
She finished off her daring look with a pair of strappy transparent stilettos, minimal jewellery – save for her enormous engagement bling – a nude lip, smokey eyes, bronzed skin and slicked back hair.
But it was Kim’s pregnancy glow that truly stole the show.
The baby bombshell was aired at the end of the Keeping Up With The Kardashians mid-season finale on Sunday night in a teaser clip for the next episode.
Speaking to E! News at the 2015 CFDA Fashion this week, she said she was thrilled when she finally found out when she was pregnant.
“It really has been a really long journey for us and we didn’t think it was possible. We are so, so grateful and so thankful. We’re like over the moon.”

“I took a pregnancy test and then took a shower. I looked by the sink and I said, ‘Babe I’m pregnant,’” she explained of telling her husband Kanye West.
Before adding: “We’ve known so early on. It was really hard and we wanted to make sure everything goes right first.”
As for how big-sister-to-be North, who turns two this month, feels about getting a sibling? “North doesn’t understand yet.”
Meanwhile, TMZ are reporting that Kim is around three months pregnant and due in December.
According to The New York Daily Newsthe star is reportedly expecting twins after undergoing IVF.
“Kim has told a handful of people that she had in vitro and that two eggs were fertilised. She is waiting to see if they both ‘stick’ before she makes any kind of announcement,” a source told the publication.
So perhaps little North will be the proud big sister to both South and East?
