It can happen to the most independent of husbands – they forget how to look after themselves. Or maybe they haven’t, they just don’t do it to the level that their wife does.
Meet Kim Gip, tiger wife. When her husband announced he was off to Las Vegas for the weekend without her, she realised that it could end in tears – or at least a very hungry husband.
So she typed up a note and put it on a lanyard. And then her son Brandon shared it on Twitter and the world either laughed hysterically or nodded their heads wisely, knowing that some men just cannot look after themselves.
This tweet, captioned “My mom made this for my dad because he’s going to Vegas this weekend without her”,has been shared 35,000 times and loved 69,000 times.
The note reads: My name is Jimj (highlighted). If I look lost, please call my wife, Kim Gip… If I am staring at a menu, please order me some sort of Asian food, especially white rice. I’ve never been away from my wife who does everything for me.”
Looks like someone read the note because here is a tweet featuring Jim, dutifully wearing the necklace, and it looks like he’s been served white rice and Asian food.
