When eight-year-old Joshua Bass posed for his third grade school picture, he thought he was getting a yearbook photo – not a memory.
Joshua’s father, Corporal James Bass, returned from a tour that lasted over a year and unbeknownst to Joshua, was standing right behind him when he took his picture.
Joshua only realises that his dad has returned when the photographer points him out in the picture, then he does what anyone of us would do – jumps on his dad and cries.
Except we think we’re crying a little bit more.
