Since Tristan Macmanus joined the 2024 cast of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, fans have been intrigued about his regular family life outside of the jungle.
The former Studio 10 presenter and Dancing With The Stars Australia judge is a loving husband and doting father-of-three.
The 41-year-old was born in Bray, Ireland and moved to Australia later in life.
Tristan has been married to Australian actress Tahyna MacManus (née Tozzi), 37, since 2014, and the couple now share three children together.
Tahyna is most well-known for her roles in X-Men Origins: Wolverine and Aussie teen drama Blue Water High.
The 37-year-old is not only an actress, but also a director, writer and producer who co-founded an all-female led production company named Neon Jane Productions.
Tahyna’s sister is also a well-known Australian model, Cheyenne Tozzi.
Tristan was introduced to his wife through mutual friends in 2011 at a Thai restaurant in Los Angeles, California.
They dated for five years, dividing their time between Ireland and LA, before getting married in Sydney in 2014.
10 years on, they are still happily married and loving life with their three kids.
Tristan and Tahyna’s first child, a daughter named Echo Ìsolde, was born two years after their wedding on 5 April 2016.
The couple announced the arrival of their second child, a son, on 1 March 2019. They named him Oisín Lír.
The pair’s third child, another boy, Tadhg Nuada MacManus was born on 3 May 2021.
In honour of Tristan’s Irish heritage, all three children were given traditional Irish names of some variation.
Tristan got his start in 2011 on the American version of Dancing With The Stars as part of the dance troupe.
After a few seasons on the show, Tristan joined Strictly Come Dancing in the United Kingdom, where he was again a professional dancer.
Tristan rose to fame in Australia when he appeared on Dancing With The Stars Australia. He was one of three new judges introduced in 2019 for the 16th season of the show.
Following the 2020 conclusion of Dancing With The Stars Australia, Tristan was brought on as a co-host for Network 10’s live morning program Studio 10.
Late last year it was announced that Studio 10 was unfortunately going to be axed, and the show didn’t return in 2024.
Following the cancellation of Studio 10, Tristan has continued working with Network 10, in particular for 10 Sport. The Irishman has been covering football games in Australia.
And now, Tristan is braving the South African jungle on the 2024 season of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
