Whether you’re caught up in the nostalgia of your own experience with the Pixar franchise, or excited about introducing the next generation to your favourite animated, adventure-chasing toys, the buzz (pardon the pun) about this is hyped!

It looks like Andy’s all grown up in the trailer (scroll up to watch the full clip), and it’s a sweet kid named Bonnie who has inherited his beloved toy collection, including Woody, Buzz and Jessie, voiced once again by Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, and Joan Cusack.

But they’re not alone … there’s some new toys in town including a reluctant new toy called Forky, voiced by Tony Hale. Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele are also voicing some new characters, Ducky and Bunny.

Plus Keanu Reeves has come on board to voice Canada’s greatest stuntman toy, Duke Caboom.

As it is with these toys, adventure calls and the thrilling new feature gives us an in-depth look into Buzz Lightyear’s exciting storyline. Buzz finds himself facing some hilarious, possibly dangerous setbacks of his own at an amusement park, as he tries to find his old pal Woody.

While we’re still captivated by the main characters after all these years – Hanks and Allen first gave us Woody and Buzz back in 1995 – it’s the new toys in town that promise the tales of misfortune, adventure and triumph that have us excited for where the story will go next.

Keanu Reeves joins Toy Story 4 and is voicing one of the newest and most exciting toys to cross paths with Woody and Buzz, the stuntman, Duke Caboom.

With his epic moustache and his “Kaboom!” catchcry, Duke is sure to make a big impression.

As exciting as this new character is, Reeves was intent on not treading on any toes when bringing the ’70s-inspired figure to life.

“I wanted to make sure I didn’t do anything that would go into Tim Allen’s space as Buzz Lightyear,” Reeves, 54, told EW.

“That was one thing I was really paying attention to when I was thinking about the character and how he would talk. So I made Duke a little more gravelly but still tried to give him energy and a big personality.

“I just thought that Duke should love what he does. He’s the greatest stuntman in Canada! I wanted him to be constantly doing poses on the bike while he was talking, to have this great extroverted passion.”
