Tiffany Hall, the taekwondo-loving kick-butt trainer who appeared on The Biggest Loser in 2011 and 2012, is due to have her first child with her husband Ed Kavalee.
The 32-year-old took to Instagram to share the exciting news, along with a sneak peek of her bump.
“Ed and I are thrilled to be expecting our first baby. We can’t wait to meet little Kavalee,” she wrote.
She also assured those who are using her online fitness program that nothing would change.
“PS to all the ninjas on my TIFFXO program, it won’t change a bit. I’ll still be training you with bub and I have plenty of videos I prepared for you earlier,” she reassured clients.
Her 41k fans were quick to congratulate the happy couple, who have been married since 2014, with many stating the fitness trainer will make a great mother.
Tiffany has strong bond with her own mother, Jeanette, which is where her love of fitness and self-love comes from. No doubt something Tiffany will pass on to her own bub.
“My mum was a strong role model for me. I followed in her footsteps of teaching martial arts and helping other people to be fit, healthy and confident,” she told Now To Love. “My mother always says ‘self-love is like good bread, it has to be baked fresh every single day’.”

Tiffany’s isn’t the first Biggest Loser baby. Fellow former trainers Michelle Bridges and Steve “The Commando” Willis welcomed a son, Axel, in December of 2015.
