The Block alum Tash Pavlou has announced the birth of her first child with her fiancé Brad.
Over a year since getting engaged, the couple has welcomed a baby boy, who they have named Archie.
The former reality star announced the news on Instagram with a sweet picture of their bub in their arms at the hospital.
“💙 ARCHIE 💙 Our little bunny arrived over a week ago and has shown us a love we never knew existed. There is so much of this life we can’t wait to show you sweet boy 🍃,” they captioned the post.
Tash stunned her fans by posting the news on the joint Instagram she shares with her dad and The Block partner, Harry.
The three gorgeous pictures perfectly encapsulated their joy, with the first featuring the former reality star cradling her stomach while holding her sonogram, with Brad supporting her belly from behind.
In the second shot, the couple is smiling side by side with their two dogs at their feet, and for her final frame, she posed solo with her bump.
Tash penned a sweet caption musing on all the adventures she is looking forward to in 2022.
“2022 you may actually be my favourite year ❤️,” she began.
“Because this year we welcome our new little family member, and we couldn’t be more excited to add to our big crazy clan.”
Tash and Brad revealed their engagement in January 2021 during a chat with Woman’s Day.
She gleefully told the story of their unconventional proposal after four years of dating.
“He proposed at our local dog park,” Tash laughed.
“He asked me if I wanted to take the dogs for a walk, so we took them to the park around the corner from our home in Richmond, and Brad, all of a sudden, told me he wanted to film our dog.
“So he got out his phone and filmed himself throwing the ball, and while she was retrieving it, I turned around and there he was, down on one knee with the ring!”
The life-changing moment was a surprise for the then 32-year-old, but she wasn’t unprepared.
“About an hour after the proposal, Tash miraculously had folders upon folders of wedding research – venues, dresses, all of it… it was magical how it just appeared out of nowhere,” said Brad.
But Tash insisted, “I had to be prepared! I thought it was going to be another six years!”
