Sam Wood and Snezana Markoski are one of the hottest, fittest couples in Australia but what we love most about them is their ability to always keep it real.
The Bachelor sweethearts share a passion for health and fitness but following the birth of their daughter Charlie Lane, Sam has revealed that Snez isn’t going hard and fast as she gets back into exercise.
Posting on his personal Instagram page, the former Bachelor posted a candid photo of his wife pushing the pram with daughter Willow and their dog Hendrix.
“Today my beautiful @snezanawood did her first very gentle workout since having Charlie 6 weeks ago,” Sam revealed in the caption.
“Pelvic floor and band exercises and some hill walks pushing the pram. Safe to say little Willow is a chip off the old block,” he added.
In a previous chat with Now To Love revealed that neither he or new mum Snez felt an urgent need to get back into exercise.
“We’ve got the big double pram but we’re just navigating our way around and I think it’ll be a combination of that and some really really gentle postnatal home stuff,” Sam said.
“I think she’s keen to get moving a little bit just from an energy perspective but she’s definitely not in any hurry to get back into shape that’s for sure. She’ll work her way back slowly but surely and I think that’s definitely the best way to do it.”

After their daughter Willow was born, personal trainer Sam revealed via Instagram that he never asked Snez when she wanted to start exercising again after giving birth but instead waited for her to ask him.
“Getting in shape after a baby needs to be something that is purely driven (or not driven by you),” he explained in his caption.
“Being a Mum is not a full time job it’s two and one of them is bloody nightshift! So much respect and admiration for my beautiful strong fiancé and all of the amazing Mums out there.”
In a chat with NW shortly after their dreamy Byron Bay wedding, Snezana Wood (formerly Markoski) admitted that after giving birth to Willow it was all about getting stronger rather than losing weight.
“I kept working out during my pregnancy, which helped a lot. Once I had Willow, I took it easy for six to eight weeks. And once I felt OK, I kept working out,” she revealed.
“Snez is the first to say she’s really happy that she stayed active during the pregnancy, and again safe– not too intense, not worrying if she missed workouts here or there,” Sam added.
“Just staying strong, staying healthy is good for the baby. She was really big on that, doing her pelvic floor exercises and that kind of stuff, and some Pilates movements.”
