Better than dad guessing, this iPhone app is designed for women who are 25 weeks into their pregnancy or later and its easy touch-screen tracker keeps everyone reassured that bub is active and growing and progressing ok.

These great apps help you keep track of what is normal as you go into labour. As you phone keeps a record of each contraction, duration and frequency, it makes it much easier to relate timing information to the hospital or midwife if asked.

Pilates instructor Kristin McGee has 3 progressive levels of Pilates mat sessions to tone your midsection and you can do it where ever and whenever it suits you.

There is a track and log feature for your workouts and you don’t have to hunt down a DVD or be in front of a television to get started.
