There’s no denying Bachelor heartthrob Sam Wood is a natural with kids.
Not only does the Tasmanian-born reality star run his own children’s fitness company – Gecko Kids – but he’s also making sure he gets to know his partner Snezana Markoski’s ten-year-old daughter, Eve.
On Thursday night, the 35-year-old posted a stunning black-and-white photo to Instagram of him and Eve enjoying some one-on-one time in Melbourne, sans Snezana.
In the cute snap, the Perth-based school student beams at the camera as she enjoys a bite to eat with her new father figure.
“Our first little date. Mum is away so we are out for dinner and getting to know each other. What an incredible little girl xox,” the star penned alongside the image, which at last glance had clocked up over 23K likes.

Yep, his paternal instincts are well and truly up to speed.
The following day the love birds, who are currently dividing their time between Sam’s city of Melbourne and Snez’s hometown Perth, confirmed to Kyle and Jackie O during a chat on KIIS FM that they hope to have a baby by next year.
“Our first little date. Mum is away so we are out for dinner and getting to know each other. What an incredible little girl xox,” Sam penned alongside this shot.
“’I think a year [is when we want to have kids],” a clucky Sam told the radio hosts.
“I’m 35, Snez just turned 35, we’re not spring chickens. We have discussed it, we do want to have kids soon-ish,” he added.
Indeed when The Bachelor caught up with Woman’s Day just a few weeks he admitted he couldn’t wait to embark on the next chapter of his life.
“Neither of us can believe in the ridiculous way we’ve managed to find each other. I adore kids and can’t wait to have a family with Snez,” he told us.
