For most of us, it’s a breakfast staple. A simple spread that adds that salty deliciousness to any bland cracker smothered with butter.
But when US entertainment site Buzzfeed asked a group of young children to try Vegemite, Eucalyptus Drops and Mamee Noodles the response was hilarious.
“It’s really, like, sour,” said one experimentee of vegemite.
Another scrunched up her face and described it as “spicy, weird butter.”
Though it was a hit with one volunteer who said it tasted like chocolate?
