Kids are notoriously fussy eaters – just ask one mum in our office whose toddler has a penchant for fresh blueberries and at $8 a punnet that’s not ideal!
But one clever Aussie mother, Lelah Mohmedi has come up with a way to trick her son, Jacob into chowing down on healthy snacks.
The Melbourne mum has been carving out her son’s favourite cartoon characters from fresh fruit and veggies and sharing fantastic designs on her Instagram account, @jacobs_food_diaries.
Lelah has started to develop a cult foodie following with thousands of parents appreciating her Simba made from sweet potato mash or Michael Jackson made from coconut rice.
Check out the pictures for some edible inspiration.
