Two months after giving birth to her second child, Survivor alum Moana Hope has revealed the seemingly innocent question she hates being asked as a mum.
Moana, who welcomed a son with wife Isabella Carlstrom in June, took to Instagram to call on people to have more awareness around new mothers.
โThereโs a question I keep getting from people and itโs my least favourite question ever and I want to explain why. If youโre that person who asks this question maybe this will give you some insight into what not to ask people who have just had a baby,โ she said.

Moana and her wife Isabella share daughter Svea and newborn son Ahi.

โSo basically youโre saying that if he doesnโt sleep, heโs bad and if he does sleep then heโs good.โ
The 34-year-old went on to say that all babies have different sleep schedules and can cry for a number of reasons.
โItโs probably because heโs either hungry, needs his nappy changed, needs to be burped or heโs unwell or teething,โ she said.

โWe need to stop calling babies โgood babiesโ or โbad babiesโ based on whether they sleep or donโt sleep, cry or donโt cry.โ
Moana said that Ahi is her โperfect baby and doesnโt need to be labelled good or bad.โ
โMy job is to support him through those moments with a little bit of extra love and attention,โ she continued.
Ahi is Moanaโs second baby, after her wife Isabella gave birth to their first child, 18-month-old Svea, in November 2020.
When the former AFL player announced her exciting pregnancy last year, she revealed they used the same donor, which means Svea and their new bub are full siblings.
