Miranda Kerr has shared her newborn son’s gorgeous name, just a week after it was revealed she had given birth to her third child.
While the Aussie supermodel initially kept her baby’s birth under wraps, avoiding the usual official celebrity pregnancy announcement on Instagram, she has now given us some details about her family’s newest addition.
Last week, News Corp reported that Miranda had given birth to a baby boy, her second child with husband and Snapchat CEO, Evan Spiegel.
And now Miranda has officially confirmed the news herself – and revealed her new son’s name.
“We are overjoyed at the arrival of Myles and so appreciate everyone’s kind words and wishes during this special time,” the star wrote on Instagram on Wednesday morning.
“We couldn’t be more excited to welcome our beautiful son into our family✨”.
Evan and Miranda met at a Louis Vuitton dinner in 2014.
(Credit: Getty)Little Myles is the younger sibling of Flynn, eight, whom the former Victoria’s Secret model shares with ex-husband Orlando Bloom, and Hart, who Miranda welcomed with Evan in May last year.
While Miranda has kept relatively private about her pregnancy and family life, the star took to Instagram while heavily pregnant in August to show off her baby bump in stunning snaps.
She also told Marie Claire Australia that she felt quite ill early on in her pregnancy.
“There was a lot of morning sickness in the beginning, but I’m feeling good now and it’s not long to go, which is exciting,” she told the mag.

(Credit: Instagram)In May, Miranda spoke candidly about being a mother in an interview with Harper’s BAZAAR Australia and how her priorities have shifted as she’s grown older.
“Today, at 36, I am much more grounded, my number one priority is my family—my husband and two boys, and the little one on the way,” she said.
Asked how she chooses her baby names, the brunette beauty revealed the ones she picks always have a special meaning behind them.
“Sentimental meaning for sure! I like the sentiment of incorporating family, loved ones or something meaningful into my children’s names,” Miranda said.
Miranda and Orlando happily co-parent their son together, Flynn.

“I was like, ‘He’s cute… but he’s way too young to take anything seriously’,” Miranda said of her first impression of Evan.

But it didn’t take long for that idea to change, with the pair soon falling head over heels in love.
The gorgeous couple tied the knot in an intimate ceremony held in the backyard of their Los Angeles home in May 2017.
