You know how you sometimes get caught in one of those Instagram holes, where suddenly you realise you’re deep into a celebrity’s account, and you know anything and everything about them?
That’s happened to us with Kris Smith and his personal trainer partner Sarah Boulazeris.
The genetically blessed pair – seriously, you could grate cheese off their abs – have two daughters together, Mila, born in December 2018 and Frankie, born in December 2019.
Kris also has a son Ethan, from his previous relationship with singer Dannii Minogue, who was born in July 2010. The pair dated from 2008 until 2012. Dannii and Ethan are based in Melbourne, while Sarah and Kris live in Sydney.
Sarah has her own fitness program called BUMPFIT, designed for pregnant women and new mothers, and keeps her followers motivated with her fitness routines, not to mention her killer rig!
