Kim Kardashian West and her husband Kanye West are planning to expand their mega-famous family with the help of a surrogate.
TMZ claims a deal worth $113,000 (approximately $AUD 149,728) has already been made, and it’s thought that Kim, 36, and Kanye, 40, used an agency to find their as-yet-unidentified surrogate.
A source has also confirmed the exciting news to People.
Kim – who is already a mother to daughter, North, four, and son, Saint, one-and-a-half – has previously discussed her pregnancy complications, revealing that the health risks of carrying another baby could be extremely dangerous.
“I’m going to try to have one more baby,” the reality star revealed on recent episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. “I want my kids to have siblings but the doctors don’t feel like it’s safe for me.”
She suffered from preeclampsia during her first pregnancy as well as a life-threatening condition called placenta accreta, in which the placenta remains attached to the uterine wall instead of coming out after the birth of the baby. The same complication presented itself during her second pregnancy.
Explaining the experience on her website after the birth of her second-child, Kim wrote that her doctor “had to stick his entire arm in me and detach the placenta with his hand, scraping it away from my uterus with his fingernails.”
She added: “My mom was crying; she had never seen anything like this before. My delivery was fairly easy, but then going through that—it was the most painful experience of my life! They gave me a second epidural but we were racing against time, so I just had to deal.”
Her mother, Kris Jenner, has previously voiced her concern over the prospect of a third pregnancy.
“You could bleed to death… I don’t want you to do something that would put you in danger,” she warned on their hugely successful reality tv show.

Kim made headlines earlier in the year as she opened up for the very first time about the frightening experience of being robbed at gunpoint in Paris last October.
Speaking with her sisters, Kourtney and Khloé, the business mogul tearfully recalled the moment when an unknown number of masked men stormed her apartment at the exclusive private “hotel-residence,” No Address Hotel.
Kim shared this image of her 20-carat diamond ring less than a week before the robbery.
“They ask for money. I said I don’t have any money,” the entrepreneur said on a recent episode of KUWTK.
“They dragged me out onto the hallway on top of the stairs. That’s when I saw the gun clear, like clear as day. I was kind of looking at the gun, looking down back at the stairs.”
She added: “Am I gonna run down the stairs and like, either be shot in the back — it makes me so upset to think about it — but, either they’re gonna shoot me in the back, or if I make it and they don’t, if the elevator does not open in time, or the stairs are locked, then like I’m f*cked. There’s no way out.”
Several months after the socialite was bound, gagged and robbed of $11 million worth of jewellery at gunpoint, French police confirmed that a total of 10 suspects are facing criminal charges in the case.
