Keira Knightley and her husband James Righton tend to keep their personal lives out of the spotlight, but turns out the couple welcomed their second daughter in early September.
In a new interview with the UK’s Telegraph, the Pride and Prejudice star not only shared their new bub’s name, but also shared some truths about breastfeeding that many new mums will be able to relate to.
Keira and James are already parents to four-year-old daughter Edie and it can now be revealed that their youngest daughter’s name is Delilah.
Speaking to The Telegraph, the Oscar nominated actress said that she originally planned to take a six-month maternity leave, but the premiere for her newest film Official Secrets fell right in the middle of that.
“We’re going to be apart for six hours in total, so I pumped three feeds’ worth. If I don’t do it my boobs will explode,” she confessed.
She added: “I mean, quite literally. It’s going everywhere. So, you know, that’s not happening. The pump is with me. It’s fine.”

Indeed, the famous parents didn’t reveal her name for three months and chose to keep things low-key.
Knightley wordlessly announced her most recent pregnancy at a cocktail party hosted by Chanel in Paris at the Place Vendôme back in May.
Dressed in a floaty white gown, the actress held her husband’s hand as she made her way through the papparazzi but all eyes were on her gorgeous baby bump.

In an essay titled, The Weaker Sex, the Pirates Of The Caribbean star called out Duchess Catherine for setting unrealistic expectations on women who have just given birth.
“Seven hours after your fight with life and death, seven hours after your body breaks open, and bloody, screaming life comes out. Don’t show. Don’t tell. Stand there with your girl and be shot by a pack of male photographers.”
“Hide. Hide our pain, our bodies splitting, our breasts leaking, our hormones raging. Look beautiful. Look stylish, don’t show your battleground, Kate.”

In an interview with Balance magazine, Knightley confessed that she thinks women aren’t given enough credit for “the physical and emotional marathon they go through when becoming a mother.”
“I come from a place of amazing privilege. I have an incredible support system; I’ve been unbelievably lucky in my career; I can afford good childcare, and yet I still find it really f— difficult,” she added, before explaining it “doesn’t mean I don’t love my kid.”
“It’s okay to say that,” she added. “It’s just me admitting that the sleep deprivation, the hormonal changes, the shift in relationship with my partner, are all things that make me feel as if I’m failing on a daily basis.”
