The 37-year-old kept things casual in black exercise gear while her one-year-old daughter, whom she shares with husband Stuart Webb, looked sweet in a pink T-shirt and watermelon print leggings.

Little Mae was in a playful mood as she larked about with her mother and nibbled away on some food.

The first-time-mum revealed to Woman’s Day back in April that she was loving every second of motherhood. “I’ve never felt such… I don’t want to say ‘love’ because I’ve read that before, but it’s true,” Kate gushed.

“I know I am biased, but we happen to think she’s perfect. We are so very proud of her – she truly is the most precious thing.”

“I love how the Nova gig fits perfectly into my life, and it came along exactly at the right time,” she told the Herald Sun‘s Confidential column of her radio job.

“I’m able to work out a good home and life balance. All those things make it the most perfect job. On a professional note it’s also great fun.”

Mwha! The doting mother and Mae had a great day out.

Home time… After soaking up the sun in the leafy Sydney park, the 37-year-old bundled her daughter into her pram and called it a day.
