The Today show returned to our TV screens today for their first show of 2022, and it wasn’t just a first day for new host Sarah Abo, as a special little lady also had a big ‘first’ day.
On the show this morning, Karl Stefanovic stole the limelight from Sarah, sharing a photo of his daughter Harper’s first day of day care.
The proud dad-of-four had Sarah and newsreader Brooke Boney gushing at the cute picture sent in by Karl’s wife Jasmine.
The 2 and a half year old Harper had her first day of pre-school.

“You know what Karlos she doesn’t look like a baby anymore,” added Brooke.
“Thank god she looks like me with the long legs,” Karl quipped.

Karl often gushes about his youngest child and wife Jasmine.
(Image: Instagram)The 48-year-old Today host shares three children with his former wife Cassandra Thorburn – but wanted to start a new family with his second wife Jasmine.
He had his vasectomy reversed so that Jasmine could become a mother, and on May 1 2020, the couple got their wish, as Harper May was welcomed into the world at Sydney’s Royal North Shore Private Hospital.
“Harper and Jasmine are doing well and dad had a great night’s sleep. I am in awe. Harper is absolutely perfect,” Karl said in a statement announcing the happy news.
Karl met Jasmine, a shoe designer, at a boat party in 2018, and wed later that year in Los Cabos, Mexico.
