Things are finally on the up in the Baldwin household, after mum-of-four Hilaria Baldwin, 34, revealed last week she was suffering from pneumonia, soon after giving birth to her son Romeo, while her other three children were also ill.
Taking to Instagram last week, the yoga instructor called the experience of bringing home a newborn only to fall terribly ill, along with the whole clan, ‘tumultuous’.
“Tumultuous to say the least, and, for a family that rarely gets sick, definitely a foreign experience,” she wrote.
“It’s been tough getting our new family of 6 oriented with all of the necessary quarantining. The recovery from birth, the beginnings of breastfeeding again, the sleepless nights, taking care of sick toddlers, dr visits, my own health…I just keep on saying ‘we got this’.”
And finally, it looks like Hilaria and her husband Alec, have ‘got this’ after the stunning Spanish brunette shared a positive update with her fans on social media.
Hilaria filmed herself breastfeeding, one-week-old Romeo, while she spoke into her phone’s camera.
“So far we are surviving our crazy week,” she begins.
“The kids are all getting better. I shower in between being with the kids and being with Romeo, so he doesn’t get sick from the germs that are on me.”
“So far he’s very good, he’s very healthy.”
Hilaria and Alec welcomed their fourth child together, a beautiful baby boy, a week ago. The couple announced their son’s arrival on social media with a beautiful photo of the three of them soon after his birth.
“He’s here! He’s perfect! 8lbs 2oz 💛 #wegotthis2018,” Hilaria, 34, captioned the beautiful post.
Alec, 60, also shared the same family photo with the caption, “Here we go again! #BaldwinitosEverywhere.”
