The gorgeous moment was caught on film during the ceremony at Sao Bernardo do Campo, Sao Paulo, when Diogo Bolant, 37, married Nicole de Souza, 27.
The footage shows the little girl burst into tears and sob uncontrollably as Diogo revealed a ring from a box and slipped it onto her tiny little finger.
And then the wedding officiate gave his blessing to the vow – announcing: “So seals the alliance.”
Nicole told Brazilian newspaper Extra: “Wow! What a surprise the video has been. We had no idea it would make such an impression.
“We wanted Isa to participate in our wedding ceremony because she is at that phase where she loves all things about princesses and is in love with the idea of being a bride.
“Diogo has this love, a true love, and affection for her [Isadora] which is bigger than any title.”
