There’s pregnancy glow and there’s pregnancy GLOW – and TV presenter Fifi Box has the latter in spades.
On Sunday night, Fifi shared some gorgeous behind-the-scenes photos from an upcoming maternity shoot she’s commissioned to celebrate her second pregnancy, starring not only her burgeoning bump, but first daughter Trixie, six.
“I have never been sicker or felt worse in my life but know every second will be worth it when this little angel arrives to join Trixie and I,” she captioned her searingly honest post.
“So as hard as it was to drag myself in front of a camera I’m so glad I captured some gorgeous photos of us during this special time.”
Fifi then went on to thank her glam squad and photographers before adding: “👏👍 I can’t wait to see the photos from this shoot 💕 (ps. I may be smiling but I had to lie down for two hours dry retching after this, it’s the most exercise I’ve been able to do in 6 months!)”

So honest as always, Fifi!
While the 42-year-old looked simply stunning in an olive green dress, her mini-me, Trixie was on hand to help capture the moment behind the camera (with a little help of course!).

Legions of fans expressed their admiration for the blonde beauty, praising her for being so relatable.
“You look stunning Fifi! I’ve been going through so much sickness and feeling green this whole pregnancy and I’m only at 19 weeks, when I hear you on the radio I can relate so well!!!! Your an inspo! All the best with the rest of the pregnancy!” one comment read.
“Well done! That was me in my twin pregnancy soo tough feel for you 🌸” another wrote.
While others told the radio host just how gorgeous she looked.
“You’re looking amazing Fifi! Pregnancy can be a hard gig but it will definitely all be worth it once your little bundle of joy arrives 💕💕💕”

Back in February, the mother-of-one shared an adorable video sharing the news that she was expecting her second child though IVF.
Next to the video was a caption explaining that the new addition had been conceived via IVF and an anonymous donor.
“We’re having a baby!!” she captioned the post. “Yes Trixie and I are over the moon/jumping out of our skin/can’t stop smiling/floating on air/dancing in the streets/walking on sunshine and every other metephor that conveys absolute pure joy 😍 How did this happen you might ask?”
“Well, a few years ago I made an appointment to see an IVF specialist, the amazing Dr Sameer Jatkar at Monash IVF, and I began an IVF journey to extend our little family.
“After a series of egg retrievals and freezing, last year I started the process to become pregnant via an anonymous donor.”
Fifi continued: “I am still pinching myself that I have been this blessed and that this little miracle is growing within me, a much wanted and longed for sibling for a very excited big sister!
“I know the value of this miracle because I have seen first hand the heartbreak, tears and sacrifices so many women and couples suffer on their IVF journeys and my heart goes out to those who are facing that pain and struggle.
“It is not lost on me that I am one of the lucky ones. Being a mum is my greatest joy in life, it is quite simply everything to me.
“Trixie has brought me more happiness and love than I ever imagined possible and to feel my heart expanding to include this little angel kicking and rollicking within me, I am overwhelmed with how much love and happiness the future holds. I will cherish Trixie and this little angel forever, and hold them so close for the rest of our lives 💕💕💕 #family”

But it hasn’t been smooth sailing for The Project host during her second pregancy.
In a candid Instagram post in April, she posted an image of herself looking as though she was experiencing great pain, with television presenter and close friend Lisa Wilkinson on-hand trying her best to help.
But what was really going on you ask? Apparently, it was all to do with “Pregnancy-related sciatica.”
The condition is known to occur during pregnancy, usually consisting of strong lower back pain which can come in pangs, tingling or numbness.
Lucky for the radio host, seasoned pro Lisa was on-hand to help out, giving Fifi a remedy that will likely not be forgotten anytime soon.
“Pregnancy related sciatica kicked in today but lucky I had Dr @lisa_wilkinson on hand for a deep tissue massage! Magic hands,” wrote Fifi.

Ever the pro, Lisa clearly made a difference, with the mum-to-be then posting a video of Lisa using some elbow grease – quite literally – to help her friend.
“I can’t recommend @lisa_wilkinson highly enough for any lower back remedial pain you might have, magic elbows!!” The blonde radio host wrote.
Proud pal Lisa also posted the hilarious pic and mused: “Beautiful @fifi_box is 28 weeks pregnant and and let’s just say, she’s having issues that only a buttock massage from a trusted girlfriend can solve!”
“So we did this before heading into @theprojecttv studio tonight. And yes, I’m available for hire!”
