Christmas has come early for Fifi Box and her family who have spent the last few days having the time of their lives at Disneyland Paris.
The radio host along with her father and her daughters, Trixie Belle, six and Daisy Belle five-months, jetted off to Paris in style with Fifi sharing happy snaps from on board the plane.
On grandad duty! Fifi’s dad provides the inflight entertainment to his grandaughter, Daisy.
(Instagram)However, the flight wasn’t all smooth sailing with the 42-year-old single mum sharing a hilarious and relatable #mumfail to Instagram, along with a shout-out to a sweet Emirates flight attendant who saved the day.
“This AMAZING woman @kamolins18 is my life saver and generous beyond belief! Mum fail turned up at the airport at 4:30am checked luggage THEN Daisy soaks her onesie like Niagara Falls. Only then I realise I haven’t packed a spare change of clothes for a 21 hour flight!!” Fifi began her post.
“Airport shops aren’t open and I’m washing and drying it under the hand dryer in the airport toilet. Board the plane praying that Daisy can make a long haul flight without leaking all over her one and only onesie, only to see @kamolins18 running up the aisle as the plane is about to depart carrying a onesie she just bought at the airport shop which opened while we were boarding.”
“What an extreme act of kindness to an overwhelmed mum this made me cry it was so thoughtful. And I needed it when an atomic nappy exploded somewhere over the gulf sea!”
Honestly, aren’t some people just so wonderful?
An Emirates flight attendant went above and beyond to help Fifi out on the flight.
(Instagram)After arriving in Paris and taking in a few sights, including the Lourve Museum and the Eiffel Tower, it was time for Fifi and her tribe to hit Disneyland.
While the weather looked chilly and at times rainy, the Box family weren’t going to let it dampen their spirits. They simply bundled themselves up in their winter woollies and made the most of their time at the theme park.
The foursome posed for a family photo in front of Sleeping Beauty’s Castle, met Mickey and Pluto, watched the parade and enjoyed the rides – Big Thunder Mountain in particular – and explored the park’s many offerings.
