2020 has been a tough year for many and if there’s a photo that proves it, Fifi Box’s Santa one featuring daughters Trixie Belle and Daisy Belle sums it up perfectly.
On Tuesday, the TV and radio personality, 43, shared two photos of her family’s visit to Santa, but it didn’t exactly go to plan.
In the first photo, eldest daughter Trixie, seven, patiently holds her little sister Daisy, one, on her lap as they sit next to Santa – but Daisy is in the midst of a full-on meltdown.
The second features Fifi as well and whilst Daisy has calmed down, she’s not looking happy.
“This went well,” the mum-of-two joked in the caption.
Fans were left in stitches at the post.
“Omg this is too funny @fifi_box,” PR maven Roxy Jacenko commented.
“I swear Daisy can always show exactly what she’s thinking with her expressions – she’s going to be an awesome teenager,” remarked another fan.
“OMG, I giggled at the 1st photo but totally lost it at the 2nd. So much expression on the sweet face,” a third noted.
Fifi shares eldest daughter Trixie with her ex-partner Grant Kenny and conceived her second daughter Daisy via IVF with the help of a sperm donor.
Speaking on her former radio co-host Byron Cooke’s new podcast, The Byron Cooke show, the mum revealed that she was able to conceive Daisy on the first transfer, but acknowledged that her situation was a lucky one.
“I ended up with three embryos… because of my age I was so lucky to have three embryos and on my first transferal I got Daisy. I still pinch myself with how lucky I am,” she said.
“It was an incredible journey and I’m so fortunate and I know not everybody’s journey is that lucky,” she added.
In September, Trixie’s half sister Jaimi Kenny tragically passed away aged 32 and Fifi penned a heartfelt tribute in honour of her.
“The loss of such a beautiful loving sister and friend is suffocating,” Fifi wrote of ex Grant Kenny and Lisa Curry’s daughter.
“We laughed, we cried, we shared so many wonderful memories that I will keep alive for Trixie who loved her big sister so much, her little heart is broken. You loved Trixie with all your heart and she felt every inch of your love. With every tight squeezy cuddle your love poured into her.”
She added: “We were so blessed to have you in our lives. You were such a true and loyal friend, we love you so much and can’t bear the pain of you not being here.”
