โForest went straight into the NICU for a week after his birth and I just remember having to leave him at the hospital (after my standard 2 days in America was up) and us having to drive home without our baby,โ she shared.
โIt was one of the hardest moments Iโve ever had and went against every cell in my body. Iโm not taking this time with Ralph for granted for a minute.โ

Esther, who played Charlie Buckton on Home and Away for four years, left the soap for good in 2013. She moved to Hollywood where she met her now-husband, advertising executive Howard Moggs.
Esther and Howard, who tied the knot in 2017, welcomed their first child Forest a year later.
The Aussie actress previously said thereโs many things she misses about living in Australia, and hasnโt ruled out moving home to raise Forest Down Under.
โThere is still a part of me that would love to be close to my family, and Howard is definitely open to living in Australia at some point,โ she said.
