Eric Trump, Donald’s third child, announced yesterday that he and wife Lara Yunaska have had their first child together.
He carried on the family tradition of naming the oldest son after their dad and welcomed Eric ‘Luke’ Trump into the world at 8:50am.
Eric’s older brother Donald Trump Jr is obviously named after his presidential dad, and he in turn named his oldest son Donald III which must make family Christmases confusing.
To stop that bemusement, it looks like mini Eric is going to go by Luke.
The 33-year-old and his former personal trainer wife announced they were having a boy in March this year after marrying in 2014.
Former TV producer Lara has been documenting her pregnancy on social media, sharing sweet pictures of the family at the baby shower.
The 34-year-old North Carolina native was “surprisingly” exhausted by her first trimester.
“It surprised me, because I’m a very active person, and until the fatigue hit, I didn’t believe it would actually happen to me,” she told People. “It really affected me. But I’m feeling really good now.”
Trump’s daughter-in-law clearly got over that exhaustion, uploading videos of her working out as recently as a week ago.
President Trump, 71, already has eight grandchildren to his eldest two children. Donald Trump Jr. and his wife Vanessa share Kai, 10, Donald III, 8, Tristan, 5, Spencer, 4, and Chloe, 3.
Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner have Arabella, 6, Joseph, 3, and Theodore, 1.
