Expectant ladies, gone are the days of ultrasound posts to Facebook, photos of baby converse shoes lined up next to yours and ‘Coming Soon’ posters.
After this video, all pregnancy announcements are expected to be taken up a notch. Now, instead of a camera phone and a smile, you’ll need a camera crew, production team and not to mention a lot of creative ideas.
Take couple Judy and Gavin, who created this insanely scary but very cool ‘pregnancy annoucement’ video that put us all to shame.
Their video, which is styled like a horror movie complete with eerie music, moving objects and dark lighting, has one-upped the competition in the baby announcing stakes.
Filled with hilarious puns like ‘bun in the oven’ and ‘Prego’ sauce, the video was created by Judy and Gavin to eschew the stock standard announcement – and it definitely did that.
