Along with frequent feeds, nappy changes and doing your laundry between your baby’s sleep cycle, motherhood involves hopping, skipping and even pirouetting your way through each day.
But as new mum-of-one Chrissy Teigen discovered, it’s this constant twirling and turning that not only helps you to get what you need to do done, but, surprisingly, keeps your little one entertained at the same time.
In a new video posted to Instagram this morning, the 30-year-old shows off her best cheerleader-inspired moves to a very entertained crowd, including six-month-old daughter Luna and Chrissy’s husband, John Legend, 37.
Luna, smiling, is clearly fixated on her model mum, and isn’t even bothered by her dad burping her from behind.
This sweet family snapshot comes just two days after Chrissy took to Instagram to celebrate Luna’s first six months on earth.
“I can’t believe you have been making me laugh and smile and extremely sleepy for 6 months now!” she captioned the Boomerang video.
“First trip to the park. Best NYC stroll day ever. I love you, my Lu!”
