Aussie actor Chris Hemsworth has taken some time away from hanging out with his A-list family friends, Matt Damon and his clan in Byron Bay, to take his daughter to the Commonwealth Games.
The 34-year-old and his first-born child India Rose, 5, visited the Gold Coast for Day 3 of the 2018 Commonwealth Games, where they cheered on Australia’s finest swimmers at the Optus Aquatic Centre.
The doting dad held is daughter in his arms so the pair could watch all the action in the pool together. Chris chatted, pointed and and explained the competition to India Rose who was completely engrossed in the sport.
India Rose held on tightly to a blue koala plush toy named Borobi, the Commonwealth Games mascot.
The father-daughter duo were also treated to a visit from a special guest, Aussie swimming superstar Emily Seebohm.
While Chris and India took in the exciting action on the Gold Coast, Chris’ wife Elsa Pataky was on a work trip in Sydney. She posted a snap to social media with the caption, “Short trip, working mama!”
Just last week the Spanish beauty enjoyed some music festival fun with the couple’s children, and their actor friends including Matt Damon, at Byron’s Bluesfest.
