Olympic swimmer Emily Seebohm and her fiancé, Married At First Sight’s Ryan Gallagher welcomed their baby boy Sampson Ryan Seebohm.
Since then, the baby has already started swimming lessons and is on his way to being a future Olympian.
It’s been a busy couple of months for these new parents and so far life has not slowed down.
Although the couple got engaged in March 2023 but Emily has made it clear there is “literally no timeline on this”.
While competing in The Challenge in 2022, Ryan and Emily met. She was in a relationship at the time and unfortunately, she called it quits because she knew “there was something there with Ryan” she revealed to Nine.
Just four months later they were engaged but didn’t announce it until March 2023.
Ryan revealed to Woman’s Day the reasoning behind his proposal spot, “I thought it was the right spot to do it – she loves the horses and she often swims in the dam.”
Ryan proposed to Emily near the dam on his farm just outside of Goulburn in NSW.

Ryan shared this picturesque pic to Instagram, “Last holiday as only 2, Fiji is just bloody incredible I’ve never felt so safe in any country the police don’t even carry guns, it’s a fantastic place to bring a family.”

A baby bump did not keep Emily out of the pool!
She captioned the adorable pic, “Life in the slow lane 🏊🏼♀️”.
The couple got engaged in March 2023.
