It feels like only yesterday we were watching with giddy excitement as Aussie royalty Bec Cartwright and Lleyton Hewitt fell in love.
The Home And Away actress and tennis legend have made for one of the country’s most beloved couples, only more adored when they welcomed three gorgeous kids – Mia, Cruz and Ava.
So, we almost can’t believe their youngest daughter Ava is celebrating a milestone birthday – turning 10 years old.
Where has the time gone?!
In celebration of the milestone both Bec and Lleyton have shared a series of never-before-seen snaps of their stunning daughter, which they very sweetly curated into a short video accompanied by hit song Isn’t She Lovely by Stevie Wonder.
“Happy 10th B’day Princess @avasydneyofficial We’re so proud of you sweetheart! 💞” Lleyton captioned the clip on his Instagram page.
Bec similarly captioned her post: “Happy 10th Birthday Ava! Keep shining your bright light wherever you go!”
Big sister Mia also shared a sweet birthday dedication to Ava with a photo of them on holidays.
“Happy birthday baby sister,” the 14-year-old penned.
The spitting image of her mum, Ava is following in Bec’s footsteps with an avid interest in acting and modelling as well as dance and gymnastics.
Just this year Ava made her TV debut starring in an advertisement for Target.
“Had the best time filming this TVC for @targetaus How gorgeous is the Kelpie?!” Ava explained on her Instagram account.
In the ad, Ava can be seen wearing the brand’s latest Wintersense range, rugged up for the cold months ahead in a fluffy pink beanie, fur vest and a grey knitted dress as she plays with a Kelpie.
In 2016, Bec took daughters Ava and Mia to a children’s model casting and clothing fitting for the Virgin Australia Melbourne Fashion Festival and later that year, Bec and Ava dazzled as the Christmas ambassadors for Barbie.
All three Hewitt children also joined forces to star in the Wonder Smooth Wholegrain bread commercial.
If Ava continues in Bec’s footsteps, we may even see a Summer Bay appearance in the future.
