“She woke up and started crying and I tried to calm her down, I turned on the TV and let her watch some cartoons, but that didn’t really help.”

Shortly after, the mother was found with her two-year-old toddler at Brisbane airport where it’s unclear if she was going to board a flight.

The 41-year-old was then taken to Prince Charles Hospital for a health assessment, Daily Mail reports.

The baby was also taken to hospital where she was given a clean bill of health.

Brisbane City CPIU is currently investigating the incident.
