The 29-year-old star of Fashion Police will unveil the label called Stories by Kelly Osbourne on the American online retailer HSN on September 25.
There will be 13 looks with prices ranging from $55 to $170.
“I believe that every time you wear something, you have a story of where you wore it, whether it be good or bad,” she told Women’s Wear Daily.
The daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne has developed the range to suit women from sizes 0-24.
She said it was really unfair that there was a disillusion that the most common size is size 14.
“That’s only because that’s as big as most fashion designers go,” she told WWD.
“I’m just trying to make fashion fair and make good quality basics available to all women.”
