Duchess Catherine made another very special appearance this week for an important cause, with fans pouring over the new footage.
Appearing in a video alongside husband Prince William, the pair spoke candidly about a topic close to their hearts – mental health – from inside their home.
The video was in collaboration with not-for-profit platform, Time To Change.
In the clip, Kate tells the camera: “Movements like Time To Change have helped to transform attitudes and encourage more openness about mental health in schools, communities and the workplace.”
“However, the work isn’t done yet and we cannot afford to stop here.
“It’s so important that we value our mental health just as much as we value our physical health.”
The Duke and Duchess shared words of support for those suffering mental health issues, as well as encouraging others to stand up to the stigma.
(Time To Change)Meanwhile, husband Prince William shared his own words of encouragement: “We need to keep talking, keep taking action and continue to stand up to the stigma.”
The pair have long advocated for better support and reduced stigma around mental health – and the video reiterated that, and hopefully inspired others to help the cause also.
