It seems The Wolf of Wall Street would actually prefer to put his feet up in the Village.
According to the New York Post, Leonardo DiCaprio has just purchased a $10 million apartment in the eco-friendly Delos building in New York’s Greenwich Village.
Page Six reports the A-lister has purchased the multimillion dollar two-bedroom property on the fourth floor of the 11th Street building under his corporation name of Malibu Colony PCH Property, LLC.
The building includes facilities such as vitamin C-infused showers, purified air and water, an aromatherapy air supply, state-of-the-art posture-supportive heat reflexology flooring and a wellness concierge to harmonise your daily holistic experience.
Eco-warrior Leo – who reportedly drives a $100,000 Fisker Karma hybrid car — has an impressive property portfolio, including two other New York apartments and homes in Palm Springs and Malibu.

The home features modern open-plan living spaces.
The 4th floor apartment is said to have great views of the trendy village.
The swanky pad has two bedrooms.
The building’s rooftop has a large modern entertaining area.
Of course a movie star’s home wouldn’t be complete without a state-of-the-art cinema room.
