Home sweet home – Hollywood actress Nicole Kidman and country-singer Keith Urban are putting their Franklin, Tennessee house on the market. The famous couple is selling the rural retreat for $3.45 million, according to E! News.
If you think that the two stars live like royalty when they’re not touring or filming on location, you’d be right. Their home is a charming not-so-little brick farmhouse sitting on acres of land.
E! News also reports that their house is 5,086 square feet and requires a long drive through the woods to get to the traditional house. It has an enviable open floor-plan made perfect with a contemporary decor and neutral colors.
The living room has a vaulted ceiling, the galley kitchen a stainless steel appliances and granite counter, and the family room a fireplace.
The dining room features windows that show the house’s view but it’s the master suite that really sets the home apart.
The bedroom is so large that it includes a sitting room, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, and a walk-in closet: Something we’re sure Nicole hated…
Plus there are guest bedrooms, a den, and a workout room, not to mention the a guest house perfect for visitors.
