Australian cricketer David Warner and his pregnant fiancée Candice Falzon have splashed out on a $6.5 million Coogee crib.
The luxury Eastern Suburbs home is a good fit for the active sportsman and his ironwoman partner with six lavish bedrooms, five bathrooms and several open plan living areas plus a modern outdoor entertaining area complete with a pool, all situated minutes from the beach.
The palatial pad, which was previously the Australian base for Kylie Minogue while the pop princess was filming The Voice, was also the home that hosted the English hell-raisers from Geordie Shore while they filmed their series Down Under.
The property also features a home gym and the couple can curl up in the massive master bedroom, which boasts incredible ocean views.
The Mail Online reports that Warner’s agent, Tony Connelly confirmed the sale and said his client intends to build a lucrative property portfolio that would set his family up for the future.
“Dave’s got a full-time financial adviser that takes care of his portfolio. You can underestimate Dave but he is very street-smart and very savvy off the field,” he said.
It has been reported that the couple will move into the luxe pad once Warner finishes up his IPL season in India in July – just in time for the birth of their first child due in August.

The modern outdoor area comes complete with a big barbecue area for those warm summer nights.
No luxe pad would be complete without a private pond water feature.
The home features six bedrooms.
The property has sleek architectural design.
The home has a state-of-the-art modern kitchen.
Warner and Falzon have enjoyed a whirlwind romance and the couple are expecting their first child in August.
