Ingredients
1/2 cup – melted Butter
1/2 cup – Sugar
4 tbsp – Milk
2 – Egg
1 cup – Flour
1 tsp – Baking powder
1 tsp – Vanilla essence
Steps to make a microwave sponge cake
Beat butter, sugar, eggs and milk together for five minutes.
Sieve flour and baking powder together.
Add flour, baking powder and vanilla essence.
Put in a 1000W Microwave for 30 seconds.
