Aussie television’s night of nights, the 2019 TV WEEK Logie Awards, are just over a week away.
That means we are oh-so-close to getting to live out one of our favourite pastimes – sitting on the couch in our trackies eating takeaway, dying over everyone’s outfits on the red carpet.
But while we’ll be tucking into our favourite UberEats order next Sunday night, the Aussie TV stars in attendance at this year’s ceremony at The Star on the Gold Coast will be tucking into something a lot fancier.
More than eight chefs will be working for 400 hours to cook up the delicious feast, which seriously looks like a meal you’d get at a three-hatted restaurant.
We’ve just received a copy of the full menu and it looks incredible!
As guests start to arrive, they will be served Pacific oysters, wagyu teriykai rolls, local vegetable rolls, Harvey Bay spanner crab and salmon aburi nigiri Yum!

The entrees are particularly fancy – and let’s be honest, we don’t know what half of these ingredients are – but they look incredibly delicious.
The three different entree options include Mooloolaba tuna, serve with buffalo curd and caviar, a confit egg yolk with potato foam and truggle and farro and spelt risotto served with four different styles of Northern Rivers pumpkin.
The main course is pan-seared mulloway served with baked polenta, broccolini and a beurre blanc.
