How to make a Milo Martini (Malted Alexander)

Ingredients:

• 30ml Cognac

• 30ml Cream

• 20ml Crème de Cacao

• 1tsp Milo

Method:

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.

Garnish with nutmeg and a sprinkle of Milo.

How to make a Malted Bourbon Milo Milkshake:

Ingredients:

• 90ml Full Cream Milk

• 30ml Bourbon

• 2tsp Milo

• 1 big scoop of quality vanilla

• Ice Cream

• 1 cup crushed ice

• Sugar to taste

Blend all the ingredients and pour into a frozen highball glass.

Garnish with a dusting of Milo and fresh nutmeg
