The Oscars is the biggest day on the Hollywood calendar so naturally, the celebs go all out when it comes to their gowns.
Crazily, the total cost of the actresses show-stopping creations and their male counterparts’ suits totalled a massive USD$750 000 for the 20 actor-category nominees!
The calculation was carried out by LookLive, a company that tracks clothing worn by celebs on and off screen.
So how much did Cate Blanchett’s stunning Armani Prive dress cost? A whopping $100 000.

And so too did Jennifer Lawrence’s Dior gown.
But that’s nothing compared to Best Supporting Actress nominee Charlotte Rampling’s Armani Prive dress which cost $125 000.
And when it comes to the gents, Michael Fassbender’s Tom Ford suit was the most expensive at $5 200.
Oh, Hollywood.
