what pippa middleton wore on her honeymoon

From the looks of it (and, of course, the location), Pippa Middleton is having the best honeymoon. There, we said it.

After jetting into Sydney (surprising everyone – including us) Pippa and husband James Matthews boarded a sea plane, ate one of our national animals and ended their jam-packed day with a Sydney Harbour Bridge climb to take in the lights of Vivid.

And this was all after spending some time relaxing on an exclusive tropical island in the South Pacific.

Although, between intermittent photo opportunities, we couldn’t help but admire Pippa’s fabulous (albeit freezing) fashion choices.

It looks a bit chilly!

While Australia in May is probably considered warm for autumn, anyone on the east coast of Australia can tell you that Sydney is having a cold snap (yes, it’s actually cold this time).

Unfortunately for Pippa, she seems not to have checked the weather forecast (or maybe 15 degrees is warm for her?) and appears to be stuck with her tropical island wardrobe of espadrilles and sundresses.

(We guess rugged-up James got the cool-weather memo…)

But nevertheless, we are loving Pippa’s honeymoon outfit selections, and the best news is that she has chosen the classic designer Kate Spade for a number of her ensembles.

And even better news? They are available online for you to buy. Right. Now.

First up, Pippa wore the Kate Spade Bea Stripe Talita Dress, which is available on the brand’s website for approx. $1075 AUD.

Kate Spade describes this dress as: “Made from a luxurious blend of linen and silk, printed with stripes and finished with a tasseled tie at the neck, the Madison Ave. collection bea stripe talita dress is equal parts festive, polished and laid-back. wear it with sandals, slides or heels, anywhere from the boardwalk to the boardroom.”

Pippa then finished her classy outfit with the Castañer Urban Canvas Wedge Espadrilles and her go-to Persol sunglasses.

Later that day, Pippa wore another Kate Spade dress for dinner at Flying Fish (after the bridge climb), and paired the printed dress with flat L.K Bennett sandals (that are on sale right now) and a classic Aspinal of London bag.

So far Pippa has nailed travel dressing by only bringing simple, timeless pieces that work well together and can (clearly) be worn for different occasions/climates.

By sticking to black accessories, they always match, and let her printed dresses shine.

The newlyweds are off to Darwin next (they love outdoor adventures), so it looks like Pippa won’t be needing warmer clothes after all (well, at least for the time being – who knows where is next on their list!).
