If anyone had told us at this point 12 months ago that a “virtual red carpet” would be used for one of the biggest red carpet events in the global entertainment industry, we’d have told you you were dreeeeaming.
But alas, 2020 has given us a right old nudge out of what we’ve ever known to be normal, to the point where the annual Primetime Emmy Awards very first virtual red carpet actually sounds pretty standard.
Yep, the stars are indeed out for TV’s ultimate night of nights, but there’s a caveat – they’re out… in their lounge rooms.
Indeed, it’s an awards event like no other (pre-2020 at least…) as we celebrate the very best in television.
And just because most of the stars can’t leave their homes doesn’t mean they can’t take the opportunity to get dressed up, or dressed down, and show up for the historic event.
Keep scrolling as we unveil the best, and most uniquely dressed for the 2020 Primetime Emmy Awards.
