In light of the milestone, The Weekly take a look at the many men who have been made over by their wives, going from scruffy to sleek in months, or even weeks.

Amal isn’t the only woman who has successfully achieved the man makeover in Hollywood.

Before Jennifer Aniston, Justin Theroux was hairy, scruffy and terribly dressed but in a few short weeks Jen had shaved, plucked and styled him into the hunk we know today.

And during the Liz Hurley days Shane Warne barely resembled his pre-Liz Hurley self.

Gone were the frosted tips, wrinkles and extra kilograms – replaced by smooth skin, a svelte physique and a designer wardrobe.
