If you were ever seeking some fashion inspiration, look no further than the ever-glamorous Queen Letizia of Spain.
Within the past week, she’s managed to pull off not one, but three spell-binding fashion-forward looks, and she certainly saved the best for last.
Stepping out at the Royal Palace of El Pardo for an official engagement earlier today, the Spanish Queen managed to pull off the ultimate little black dress – with a wintry twist.
The 47-year-old royal looked poised and elegant as she attended the awards ceremony, opting to wear the knitted black dress, which was long-sleeved and midi length.
Fitted at the waist with a belt, the beautiful silhouette essentially proved that a little black dress can work for any and every occasion – even when the weather is a bit chilly!
Pairing the style with some chic black suede boots and accessorising with some simple silver earrings, the overall ensemble is the ultimate winter get-up.
We’re making a mental note of this one – give it a few months and we’ll be all over this cooler-weather wardrobe option.
The Queen of Spain was joined by husband King Felipe, who was also impeccably dressed in a suit and blue tie combo.
The awards event recognised those who’ve made groundbreaking strides in medicine, biology, engineering and humanity research.
The pair have been keeping busy of late – and putting on a few rare PDA’s to boot.
On Valentines Day, the pair were spotted out at Doñana Natural Park, where they explored the stunning sand dunes and posed for some cute couple pictures.
Letizia looked chic in an all-white jeans and shirt ensemble.
She paired a khaki blazer and some brown boots to finish – and suffice to say she nailed the brief, as per usual.
Earlier in the day, the pair stepped out in nearby town in Meco, Spain.
In yet another stunning display, the Queen wore a beautiful midi polka dot dress, which featured three-quarter sleeves and a thin black belt.
In a rare royal PDA, the couple were snapped holding hands as well – cute!
