Charlene, Princess of Monaco is known for her fearless sense of style, and her latest ensemble is no different.
Stepping out with husband Prince Albert II at the 69th Monaco Red Cross Ball Gala, the 39-year-old boasted her most outstanding look yet.
Standing beside the reigning monarch, who put on a dapper display in a white blazer and blood red bow tie, Charlene literally shone in a futuristic Atelier Versace sequined jumpsuit that cinched in at the waist to accentuate her fit physique.
Her short blonde locks were swept back into a sleek pixie ‘do, which was perfectly complemented by a silver smoky eye.
It appeared to be a romantic evening for the loved-up couple, who left twins Jacques and Gabriella at home to enjoy a dance surrounded by some of Hollywood’s most elite members, including Billy Zane and James Bond star Monica Bellucci.
The 39-year-old former-Olympian recently gave a rare insight into her life, speaking about her strong ties to her motherland of South Africa.
Charlene, who was born in Zimbabwe, spoke during a TV interview during an official tour of her former native country.
“I am African,” she told Eyewitness News, “this is my home. It will always be. It’s in my heart, it’s in my veins and it always will be. I can’t wait for them to come here. I can’t wait to introduce them to Africa.”
The royal also spoke of her two-year-old twins. “Actually, they’re really a handful!”
“They’re beautiful, they’re smart. Full of energy. I really hope that in the next couple of years I’ll be able to bring them to South Africa, that would be an amazing moment for me.”
The couple tied the knot in 2011, and welcomed their son and daughter three years later.
