Make a beauty statement this winter with a winged eye and a rich, bold lip.
Loved by celebrities, this look helps add a little glamour to your evening.
Napoleon Perdis make-up artist, Tannia Tiropanis, says there’s a strong focus on statement brows, statement eyes and statement lips this season.
“When it comes to applying that perfect bold lip, we actually like to apply lipstick first that way you can feel the lip and then use the lipliner to create the perfect shape,” she explains.
Tiropanis also recommends doing your brows before starting on the winged eye as she says “that allows you to think about where you want your ‘flick’ to be.”
The veteran make-up artist uses a technique called ‘stamping’ to make the application of liquid liner easier.
