Designed by revered jewellery brand Annoushka – a clear favourite of Kate’s – her gorgeous pearl earrings must hold a special meaning for the royal, because she’s chosen to wear them for some of her biggest milestones.
Let’s cast our minds back to when Prince George was a newborn in 2013. For her first official portraits with her new son, Kate wore her pearl earrings with a flowing pink Seraphine dress. The Duchess was all smiles as she cradled George alongside husband Prince William and their pup, Ludo.
The following year, Kate was again wearing the earrings in the beautiful photos released by the Palace for George’s first birthday.
Kate has worn the earrings in some of the special images marking her children’s milestones.

This time pairing the dazzling set with a buttercup yellow printed dress, Kate’s heavenly look collectively took our breath away.
Following the birth of Princess Charlotte, Kate was seen in her favourite pearls.

The talented creative reasoned why the Duchess would choose to wear the style multiple times.
“The pearl drops are timeless, they work for everything, whether it’s your jeans or whether it’s for an official engagement,” she said.
It seems fair enough – the images of Kate with her royal children will no doubt be circulated for many years to come, so it’s understandable that she would opt for a design that doesn’t age.

You might have also spotted the AUD $674 earrings on Kate for some of her regular engagements over the years.
Indeed the Duchess wore the dazzling set to Wimbledon in 2014, and has also been seen sporting them on various royal tours.
We can’t blame her – they’re classic, and literally go with everything.
