Rejin, 33, opts for skinny jeans and a t-shirt or blouse.
“It depends on the season and the location, but I start from there,” She says.
“If it’s summer I might wear shorts or a dress. I keep it simple and casual. I don’t go out of my way to be stunning on a first date. I want to be cute and approachable in an ‘I didn’t try that hard to look this good’ way.”

*Lucy, 39, opts for a calf-length dress.**
“I’m almost always in a dress of some sort, with heels, a necklace, simple earrings,” Lucy explains. “Dresses and heels tend to show off my legs, I’ll wear something that’s flattering but not too clingy (at least for a first date) – nude heels, sometimes strappy ones.”
BAM! Home run for Kate, again.
Elle, 46, keeps it casual but chic.
“Blue jeans and a nice top,” Elle explains.
“I tend to like long dusters over a curve-hugging top that’s a bit low-cut, but not too much on the first date. Shoes are either flats or kitten heels. I don’t wear a lot of jewelry or makeup, but usually have on nice lipstick. Someone once called it the sexy librarian look.”
Proving she can do no wrong, here is the Duchess of Cambridge wearing another perfect first date outfit.
L.T, 39, agrees that simple is best.
“I just wear jeans and a t-shirt and make sure my face is made-up nicely.”
“I should mention I have nice t-shirts. Thin material, low cut necklines, flow nicely. They’re not ugly t-shirts,” she laughs.
“A lot of the places immediately around me are pubs and it’s a very casual area, so this is usually my local meet up spot.”
Your style queen, Catherine, models the perfect neckline.
Dally Anne, 48, likes a dress with a difference.
“If it’s warm I wear a wrap dress because I look the best in them and they’re comfortable.”
“I usually pair that with sandals with a slight heel.”
Looks like Kate got the memo.
All hail the Duchess of Cambridge.
