Carrie Bickmore is undoubtedly Australia’s TV golden girl, and with her sharp fashion sense we can totally see why.
Carrie has become known for her stylish outfit choices on her prime-time TV show, The Project and if you’re always wondering what is she wearing? someone has answered your plea.
An unknown person has started an Instagram account called “What Carrie Bickmore Wore” to document all Carrie’s wardrobe choices. The account even has some extra additional handy information like the brand, price, different colour options and exactly what date Carrie wore the outfit on TV.
Carrie seems to champion Australian brands, and mostly wears affordably priced pieces. Of course, the clothes she wears are perfect for hosting a top-rating TV show, but they might be more suited to a party or special occasion in real life.
Network Ten senior stylist Nat Crighton is responsible for Carrie’s winning fashion numbers, and even styled her for the 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 Logie Awards.
Nat also worked with Carrie on her Garnier hair colour campaign, and has proven to be an essential part of Carrie’s glam squad.
Some of Carrie’s favourite fashion brands are:
Pasduchas
Mossman
Portmans
C/MEO Collective
Even though Carrie is clearly a fashion fan and has been spotted front row at the Myer fashion show on more than one occasion, she isn’t afraid to be casual during the day on her radio show, joking on an Instagram post: “I’ll take it as a good sign that we both felt comfortable wearing our trackies to work on day two yesterday! Dirty old ones too.”
Carrie even admits to this fashion faux-pas… While everything above The Project desk looks sleek, it’s a different story underneath. While the panel were discussing a news story about a man who described yoga pants as “tacky.” Carrie disagreed and revealed she’s “glamour upstairs, casual downstairs” then lifted her leg to reveal gym attire underneath her blue dress.
“I have my active wear on right now,” she proudly confessed.
So even in a designer dress, Carrie Bickmore is 100% relatable.
